ABOUT US
Heaven's Playground is the brainchild of Michelle Tomkinson, a woman who found a new reason for getting up each day after several losses in connecting with and helping others going through the same. The 'mission' of Heaven's Playground is to help those who have lost loved ones whatever the circumstances and whoever the loss. We hope to do that through our words and our designs. We are always available to talk and we have a shop where you can find angel-related items at reasonable prices. Michelle feels having had a stillborn daughter and been in limbo for many of the following years that our losses should be acknowledged, talked about and that this helps the grieving process. Understandably those of our family and friends who have not been through this find it hard to connect with us or to get what is going on within us so it is up to those of us in the loss community to provide that connection for each other, to support and be there for each other and to always remember our loved ones in the way we would like.

Geri is camera-shy! Although the amount of time she spends in Costa this could be what she actually looks like! Geri is a no-nonsense Scot with a steely exterior and a super-soft heart. She does a lot of work in the loss community in honour of her daughter Helen Margaret and is also involved in many other charity raising ventures the latest of which is helping her young son Elvis to raise money while in lockdown for the NHS. She is the quiet one of the team, not one to push herself forward but you can always count on her.
